Where we ship
Wildberry ships across all governorates of Egypt. Orders are prepared and dispatched from Sheikh Zayed, Giza.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday or on a public holiday are processed the next business day.
Delivery times
- Cairo and Giza: 2 to 4 business days
- Alexandria and the Delta: 3 to 5 business days
- Upper Egypt, Red Sea and Sinai: 4 to 7 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during sale periods, Ramadan and public holidays.

- Cairo and Giza: LE 60
- All other governorates: LE 85
- Free shipping on orders over LE 2,500
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available nationwide. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier.
Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation by email, then a second email with tracking details once your parcel is dispatched. If nothing arrives within three business days, contact us and we will chase it.
Failed deliveries
Our courier attempts delivery twice. Please make sure the phone number on your order is reachable. If both attempts fail the parcel returns to us, and shipping charges already paid are not refundable.
